Functional capacity assessments
A functional capacity assessment assists to advocate for your individual needs. This may assist when connecting with a specialist for diagnosis or interacting with other services, such as the NDIS. A functional capacity assessment will look at your skills, strengths and support needs and includes completion of Vineland-3 assessment, Life Skills Profile and/or WHODAS as required.

Madeline's social work practice framework centres on walking alongside you during times of additional need. This may include assistance to navigate systemic barriers, increase access to physical and emotional resources and brief intervention counselling.

Madeline - Social Worker
Get to know Madeline!
Madeline holds a Masters in Social Work, a Bachelor in Psychology and is professionally registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers. Madeline has over ten years experience in community and human service industries, with the last eight years within the disability sector. Madeline is highly experienced in understanding and navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Madeline's approach as a social worker is to sit alongside people, their emotions and support them to live their best lives. Her passion is working with individuals who are disadvantaged and/or vulnerable to gain personal power and resources to discover their dreams and achieve their goals.
Madeline's practice framework includes three key components of ethical practice, relationships and capacity building. This includes supporting individuals accept what they are unable to control whilst creating opportunities to increase their individual power and capacity.
When not working, Madeline is a mum to two young girls and enjoys cooking and baking.
